The honest review I looked for and could not find before signing up

When I was researching cloud service providers a year ago I searched specifically for honest long form accounts of what working with Cloud Innovator Solution was actually like day to day and came up largely empty. What I found instead were brief testimonials that told me nothing specific and promotional content that told me even less. I want to write the post I was looking for because I think detailed honest accounts of real service relationships are genuinely more useful than anything else available in this space and I have now been working with them long enough to have something worth saying.

The onboarding process was the first indication that this relationship was going to be different from my previous cloud service experiences. Rather than moving quickly to implementation they insisted on spending two weeks understanding my business before touching anything — asking questions about my operational requirements, my growth trajectory, my security priorities and critically the specific ways my previous infrastructure had constrained my business rather than supported it. That last question was the one that told me most about how they approached their work. No previous provider had ever asked me what had gone wrong before — they had only asked what I needed going forward. Cloud Innovators Solution understood that the history of what had not worked was as important as the picture of what was needed and that understanding shaped every recommendation that followed in ways that were immediately visible in the quality of what was eventually implemented.
