John Harbaugh is in position to bring at least one of his key with him to the . That would be talented center Tyler Linderbaum, who is a free agent. Center isn't a glamorous position, but it's an important one, and Linderbaum is one of the best. The three-time Pro Bowler was Russell Westbrook Jersey named the No. 3 free agent in the entire NFL in a . Only pa s rusher Trey Hendrickson and wide receiver George Pickens rank above him. And in Bowen's article, he calls the Giants the best fit for Linderbaum. "Linderbaum can follow coach John Harbaugh to New York," Bowen writes. "Given his movement traits, he would fit the Giants' zone and gap schemes, and his 97.2% pa s block win rate tied for second among 31 qualifying centers last season. The Giants would be landing the top offensive lineman in free agency." Linderbaum was a first-round pick by the Ravens in 2022 out of Iowa and has lived up to expectations. Now, he has a chance to get a strong payday on the open market, something that the center position doesn't always get. It's not super highly valued relative to other spots, but when a team has a good one, they know the value. Bowen does warn that the could swoop in and snag Linderbaum, too. "Let's keep an eye on the Raiders here, as well," Bowen writes. "They could also use Linderbaum's tone-setting mentality on the interior." The Raiders (with likely draft pick Fernando Mendoza) and the Giants (with Jaxson Dart) would both be pairing a young quarterback with one of the best centers in football. Let's see if Harbaugh can get this done for himself. More NFL news: Ben McLemore Jersey |
